"Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! "The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩 "

"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry.
