"Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase."

Definire questa struttura un "cinque stelle" è un insulto al concetto stesso di ospitalità di alto livello; la realtà che ho vissuto è lontana anni luce dagli standard che un cliente paga profumatamente. La pulizia è stata, nel migliore dei casi, imbarazzante. Essendo io una persona rasata, il capello trovato sul cuscino è la prova inconfutabile di una biancheria non igienizzata dopo l'ospite precedente....

"An amazing hotel with friendly staff. Very quirky with chocolate themed furnishings. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed with an outstanding range of goodies to choose from. The savoury options were plentiful. It would have been preferable to have the eggs and bacon kept warm but this was our only negative. The fresh fruit was beautifully prepared. "If you book this hotel for the pool, then don’t. The entire time that we were there, the pool did not work. However, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were decent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were on a lovely hilltop. Perugia is a great city. I would return to that hotel."
