"Dejligt villa-hotel syd for Rom. Lokal togstation Casabianca er der til centrum 20 min. Flere rigtig gode restauranter i området 5-10 min. fra hotellet. Dejlig pool og meget venligt personale. Der er rabat på spa og wellness i nabohuset og morgenmad kan tilkøbes for €10 pr. person. Ligger tæt på den gl. lufthavn, så der er periodisk larm fra fly, men ikke noget som generede vores 5 nætters ophold. Det kan varmt anbefales at bo her, hvis man vil lidt væk fra centrum af Rom."

"There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come. Also, the "breakfast" was only yogurt and pastries; cookies or croissant. We had to wait for the receptionist to come to request coffee, and had to ask for a second cup of coffee; no...

"Abbiamo soggiornato al Sottosopra per due notti e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale sia per la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari (mia figlia è celiaca e ci hanno fato trovare prodotti specifici per la colazione) che per le ottime condizioni della struttura. Oltretutto, svegliarsi la mattina con un delizioso profumo di torte fatte in casa proveniente dalla cucina non ha prezzo. "

"Nice surprise! Clean, well maintained, spacious studio apartment with a lovely backyard and swimming pool. The hosts were wonderful. They made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered to drive us to a restaurant. When we arrived in the neighborhood we thought it was a little run down, but it was very safe and walkable. "

"Our bed was super comfortable memory foam and we were happy to have a jacuzzi in our room. We did however wish the jacuzzi would get hotter and would have liked more of a breakfast considering it was a bed and breakfast. Breakfast only included 1 croissant and coffee so we had to go out to get a 2nd breakfast shortly after. It was okay because the neighborhood had lots of great restaurants to choose from. Overall was an okay stay, not too bad."

"A clean and fully renovated place. The room is small , the breakfast menu is the same every day; mainly pastries. There was no mention that the place is also a religious establishment with nuns and priests residing . "

"Great location, eady walk to many sites, easy access to bus stops etc. Good size room and bathroom. Building has a small lift, rooms are on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is included."
