Southern Italy Beautiful Oasis

We had a wonderful time and the service was outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is stunning. The only issue we had was the condition of the beach chairs. It was surprising that they were in such poor condition. The back rests were not stable and my husband got his finger caught in the hinge when he sat down and the back folded back unintentionally. He required 5 stiches and had a very long stay at the local hospital. The assistant director was wonderful and very helpful during this ordeal. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Servizio da rivedere

Complesso splendido, spa bellissima e riservata, l’unica pecca da sottolineare è il servizio al bar esterno ed al ristorante: camerieri saltuari e poco presenti e nel ristorante, alla richiesta di poter portare la bottiglia in camera ci è stato risposto di portarcela da soli. Per un hotel a 5 stelle mi aspetto quantomeno il servizio in camera.

Spa muss man bezahlen wenn man ‚nur‘ ein Classic Zimmer hat.. man wird auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, wenn man ins Hallenbad geht,, dass es was kostet… 27.00 Euro pro Person pro Tag..und so was nennt sich ein Wellness Hotel…habe Manager darauf hingewiesen.. war im so egal und nur gesagt.. steht auf der Website.. ok.. aber wir waren noch in einem 4 Stern Hotel..da hat man uns schön nochmals aller erklärt..so was nenne ich Kundendienst..leider nie mehr in dieses Hotel.. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich

Siamo stati in questo hotel anche l’anno scorso. E rispetto allo scorso anno ci sono molti aspetti peggiorativi. Innanzitutto è stata eliminata la possibilità di fruire della pensione completa. Ciò allo scopo di incrementare gli introiti con il pranzo a pagamento. All’arrivo abbiamo chiesto l’assegnazione di un ombrellone vicino alla passerella essendoci un bambino con passeggino, ma senza nemmeno controllare ci hanno detto che non era possibile. Quindi sostanzialmente al mare non ci siamo andati quasi mai perché molto scomodo per famiglie con bambini. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto di fruire del late check out. Ma come prima…senza guardare ci hanno detto che non era possibile. Inoltre, per poter fruire di molti servizi bisogna andare al Resort accanto (il Valentino) e c’è una parte del vialetto che collega le due strutture Che ancora una volta è scomodissimo da percorre con passeggini. In definitiva è una struttura poco accessibile per Le famiglie e con poca attenzione da parte del personale della reception. Inoltre anche il ristorante ha abbassato i livelli rispetto all’anno prima, pur avendo aumentato i prezzi.

Go for green roof and beach

The eco friendly green roof of the hotel was a nice design feature and the beach club is very well organised and has the best lunch and staff. The tranquil nature of this adult centric spa hotel can be spoilt by the family friendly next door hotel which organised pool parties and shows. For a so called five star hotel the evening dinner was a big disappointment and the level of service at both the hotel and spa reception desks needs improving.

This is a beautiful property on a very nice private beach. Very relaxing. It is quite isolated and we did not buy the full board but ended up eating at the facilities all the time - so we should have gotten the all included as everyone else. It is very family oriented and there are a lot of kids. Staff at the restaurant and bar on the beach excellent. The hotel restaurant was a hit or miss with the service and they were seriously understaffed.

Inmejorable, la playa hermosa, esta dentro de un parque, asi que hay que trasladarse por medio de un tren con horarios estipulados de ida y retorno.Siempre cumplio los horarios y no dejaba gente sin poder subir.Tanto el gerente que controlaba continuamente el servicio, como el personal nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra casa. Es un complejo con 4 hoteles y uno puede caminar bajo los pinos,asi como visitar los otros hoteles y piletas.Recomendable para adultos por sus diversas opciones como para familias con niños. Tiene traslado al aeropuerto, no es necesario auto.

Struttura eccellente per quanto riguarda location, immersa nel verde e nei profumi di pineta. Personale molto cortese (dalla vigilanza all'ingresso al giardiniere oltre al personale d' hotel). Unica critica alla ristorazione che non mi è sembrata all'altezza di tutto il resto. Ad esempio è risultata carente nella qualità e varietà di menù specifici per chi, come mia moglie, ha problemi di allergia a glutine e lattosio.

Una vacanza finalmente rilassante

Ho soggiornato per la prima volta al Kalidria, insieme a mia moglie, struttura elegante, sobria, e soprattutto non pretenziosa. Servizi ineccepibili (camerieri gentili e veloci) cucina ottima e varia e simpatico l'intrattenimento musicale serale, non spacca timpani. La mattina al mare ed il pomeriggio in piscina. Molto azzeccata la sinergia con Talasso spa, di cui abbiamo apprezzato ed utilizzato alcuni servizi. In sintesi un posto dove si può trascorrere una vacanza veramente rilassante. Credo proprio che ci torneremo l'anno prossimo ,
