I understand that a “yes” is not always possible, but a mindset that is “can-do” to find solutions is what is helpful. Also, we were flabbergasted that after extremely expensive spa treatments, they charged an additional 100 euros for use of the other spa...

"This resort is a gem! We stumbled across it when we needed an overnight stay prior to a next day train ride. If we would have known, we would have spent at least 3 days. The owner and staff are a delight, the atmosphere and grounds and pool area are gorgeous! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing dinner with a Tuscan sunset and great wine! Breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back."
