"I arrived to find the door closed. I rang the bell, and within less than a minute someone came to let me in. Inside, the office was empty at first — the staff who appeared didn't speak English, so I waited a short while until someone who did could help me. Once that happened, though, check-in was quick and smooth. The room itself was pleasant : clean, modern, and looking practically new. The facilities were solid overall. I didn't try the breakfast, but it's served at a bar/restaurant near the...

"The host never reached out to provide instructions to access the place and we had to scramble once we got there to contact them and figure it out. Otherwise the property is clean and conveniently close to the train station. That area is a bit sketchy but it’s convenient. Would’ve rated it higher if the host proactively reached out knowing we had booked and were arriving."

"Location was close to the airport. Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though.
