"Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran."

"It is an excellent property, beautifully located. Room no 38 which I was given has an amazingly picturesque view Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luchon Luchon is very scenic, stay at Panoramic makes it still more special."

"Good value hotel. I liked being able to control heatng in my room; presence of a lift (albeit very small), especially as the staurcase was soiral and narrow; effective double glazing; reasonably priced breakfast; close to main avenue and cable car. Negative points: it was a bit of a trek from the SNCF station (20 minute walk); no shower holder so had to kneel down in bath and hold with one hand."
