"The Waterpark was mostly shut down. The whole reason we picked that hotel :( Our room was very hot. Thank goodness we were able to get a fan from the front desk. The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was ok. I dont think we'll be back."

"Did not eat breakfast. Got the impression since I booked online that I was a no-good customer. Noticed in the room, long dark hair in the shower and hair dust ball behind the bathroom door, also body wash was empty. When I pulled the sheets back there was short dark hair all over (like from a leg). ..."
