"I cannot say enough about this stunning property and their hospitality! We just left after 3 nights and we were so sad to leave. The staff is all incredible - so kind, so attentive and welcoming. Fatima was INCREDIBLE. She made everything so easy and seamless for us, including arranging a private English speaking tour guide who was wonderful. She also arranged to have a local henna artist come and do my tattoos right at the hotel. The Moroccan people have the kindest hearts and most welcoming nature. We could not have been happier with our stay and can’t wait to go back. You will not regret staying here, you just might not want to leave! Five stars all around. "Everything was in good working order, in what I think was the best area to stay in Marrakech. We were able to easily walk everywhere from this central location, and felt very safe near high end hotels. Lovely part of town. The room has a small fridge and microwave, so we made our breakfast. Very comfortable room and quiet. .microwave, "

"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "
