"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The room was smaller than the photos shown online. Access to the closet required me to move the night stand out of the way. The AC unit was covered by the curtains which kept tripping the circuit breaker. There was the smell of animal urine in the hallway and room!! There was hair and miscellaneous stains on the sheets and the bed sloped to the center. The shower curtains walls had black mold! So, we weren’t able to shower.
