"It was a very clean and safe property.Owners were very polite and friendly.We felt like home."

"The washroom was not really clean. We could not throw our toilet paper in the toilet due to the host rule. Also, the AC didn’t work and the bed pillows were so hard to lay on. However, this place is not far from Cascais center and the neighbourhood is quiet! It’s easy to access to the building, its a great place if you want to stay for a few days. "

"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "

"There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision. "

"Very spacious home that’s close enough to the beach to walk (the way back would be all up hill), but you’re better off takin an Uber for $2-3 Euros each way. The home is immaculately maintained and has everything you could need to include English TV channels. Only downside and it’s small is, the shower is great, but it’s hard to keep the water inside because the shower pressure causes the shower head to rise up spraying water out. I used a towel to hold it down and reported it, so if they...

"Great hotel. We loved Nadim who made us awesome drinks! The pool was a great end of the day treat! We wished the breakfast was until 11am, though. We missed it by 10 minutes one morning and they had already cleared the entire buffet! I wish we would have experienced the spa. Next time!"
