- The hotel is located in a residential area and far from amenities.
- Parking is included and accessible.
- There are elevators.
- The hotel is dated. The towels are old and discolored.
- The appliances are old and very used. For example our microwave had no labels on the buttons and we had to guess how to use it - very adventurous, lol.
- We did not eat the breakfast.
- The Pool is outdoors, we did not use it because we traveled in December and it was cold and raining.
- Tariq at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. However, the other front desk staff (who was a female) was not as supportive when we asked for clean bed sheets.
- The room design is strange. The room we stayed in the bed is right next to the front door.
- The hallways are unlit and very dark.
- There are washing machines in the rooms which is great for laundry, but no dryers. You must air dry which is great and saves on energy. Clothes drying racks are provided.
