Good location. Stayed 3 nights, room was not cleaned once during our stay, complained to reception after the first occasion, nothing changed. Had to request fresh towels when required. Reception member of staff, tall lady, dark hair - very, very rude. TV reception not good. NO AIRCON!!!!!!

Suite Hotel Casa Diamond
The hotel is fine, but not to the standards of 5-star hotels. Parking space is limited. Though the parking is free, I still have to pay tips to the staff as it's difficult to get in/out.
