"The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay! I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip. Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you...

"Comfortable and functional"

"Staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was ideal. Rooms were clean and serviced every day. Near enough to walk to all the main attractions"

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away. Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."

"I fell in the slippery shower!!!"
