The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had a lovely stay in a 2 room suite next to the grand salon. We had access to our own kitchen and living space. The pool was perfect for our 2 daughters. The food was outstanding. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful spot!

Wonderful spot just outside of the main part of El Valle. Beautifully maintained property with lush landscaping and eclectic but very well done interior design. Our room had amazing high ceilings and modern bathroom. Feels like being in an old castle! Breakfast was excellent as well.

Little hidden gem

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was special and unforgettable. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were transported into a different dimension. The decoration, art, collections and food taste are all over the walls, hallways, space and dimension. Ceaser made our stay even more magical by being so helpful, so kind and attentive. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel and we’d stay there again in a heart beat

Lovely place !

This hotel is located a few minutes drive from the centre of the town. It has a very special design (much of everything). Rooms on ground floor are well maintained and comfortable in a good size. Products in shower were nice. Rooms simple but nice. Free parking outside. A small patio with pool (not big enough to swim in) but nice to rest around. Breakfast was good quality and served to table. Dinner was fair. What really stands out is the service, it is just amazing, friendly and warm.

We enjoyed our stay and found the service to be top-notch. The decor around the property was serene and beautiful and the breakfast was very good. The room was very clean, but small and and a bit dark. Also, there was an open window from the bathroom to the dining area, which I imagine was for ventilation, but it left something to be desired in terms of privacy. For the price, I would have liked more space in the room to sit or store clothing, and a small refridgerator to keep drinks.

This place is a hidden gem! You’re surrounded by a lush tropical garden with excellent room and dining services. The dining room and the Octagon are like museums with decor from all over the world. We reserved the deluxe studio suite, but due to the recent rains, the roof was leaking so they upgraded us to the family studio suite, their largest room. It was clean and spacious with a large walk in closet. Breakfast was sumptuous, and we had dinner there both evenings. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I’ve been recommending my friends to stay in this paradise when they visit el valle. Next time I’m in Panama, I will definitely want to go back there!

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed

WOW! This is an incredible hotel with 5 star service. Caesar took care of us during our stay. His attention to detail and customer service is fantastic. The rooms are designed with such detail and thought. It is obvious that a great deal of planning went into every room. The common areas are wonderful. 4 o'clock coffee was delightful while we overlooked the Koi pond. The hotel is set up with many interesting rooms, it's like a museum with art from all over the world. We will most definitely be back. Thanks Caesar!
