"This is an ideal place to stay for a trip to Raleigh. Property is clean staff is very helpful and there was great parking. Good distance from downtown area as well. No complaints about our stay. "

"We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. The staff at the front desk were snotty but the room service staff and cleaning staff were excellent. Being our anniversary and we had to ask if we could have a glass of champagne that was at the front desk at arrival. They have a neat fire pit for wedding parties only- it would be nice if they had those all along the outdoor patio for all guests of enjoy. The tv is dated and the soaking tub is not large enough for 2. I will say the robes were very nice. "
