As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. "This Hotel is a perfect place to be based on Lake Como. The hotel itself is perfect, I don’t think the four stars are enough. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, comfortable beds.
