"The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!"

"It’s my 2nd time stating here and both experiences have been amazing! I have stayed in a deluxe room and a suite and they’ve been clean, beautiful with great balcony views overlooking the town. The spa was great and the restaurant was amazing! The Sa Pa fried rice and Pho were delicious. Staff has always been polite and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel"
