Terrible pillows
"This is our got to hotel in Swindon. It’s usually perfect, however, this time, the bed was awful. So hard and pillows were either too hard or lumpy. Also, the sink wouldn’t drain water away."

"First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities."
