"House and the overall property was very good with excellent views. Had good clean linen and towels. It would have been good if they had left few Kitchen paper rolls and had a dish washer installed. The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. "

"Superbe maison ! Nous avons adoré l’emplacement ! Retiré de la ville et très tranquille . La maison est fantatisque. Beaucoup de charme . Merci à Deborah et Pete de leur accueil. Ils nous ont donné la grande maison pour nous accommoder sans nous charger de frais supplémentaire , les enfants ont adoré ! "This hotel is extremely clean, beautiful, and comfortable to stay at with a young family of 5. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern and clean. The restaurant has great food. It’s a quick 3 minute ride to the airport and the hotel has a clean and easy shuttle that will take you. This hotel is very convenient and high end. Highly recommend"

"Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Presidente. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we even got a free room upgrade when we arrived. The room was beautiful as well. The location is hard to beat, being perfectly located in downtown San Jose, and it is gated and feels safe and secure. The only thing I wish was that it is quite pricey with limited amenities (no pool, and airport shuttle is $50, which is about $30 more than an Uber). Additionally, I didn't know, but apparently the breakfast is complimentary if you book directly through the hotel instead of Expedia (if not booked through them, it is $16/person). For the price of the hotel, I wish more amenities were included (like the airport shuttle and breakfast). Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful and wonderfully located, and the staff were fantastic. I would definitely recommend it as long as you don't mind the price."

"The service us excellent, amazing staff. Always a pleasant stay and I stay here often. The towels were pretty old and the AC in our room wasn’t working on the most recent stay. But that had never been a problem in the past."

"Wonderful staff Public areas beautiful. Rooms could stand an upgraded. Our bathroom wasn't clean. Old soap in the soap dish and dust/ bugs in toilet. Maybe the room we had was empty for a while? But overall nice property with multiple pools and a great buffet breakfast with a huge selection."
