A great location

Central location ideal for exploring the town. Spacious apartment with many amenities provided. En suite bathroom was a bonus. Access was an issue with the car, but easily overcome double parking out the front to drop and collect luggage.

Loved it. Big clean apartment, literally turn left out the door and you're in the middle of the old town, which is just lovely for shopping/dining, easy stroll to the harbour. No parking, we parked a 10 minute walk away for free at "Parking Campus Muralla", was fine. Do it!

Our check in was scheduled for 3 pm but we still didn’t have a code to get into the unit until close to 5 even though I called many times. I understand the cleaner needed more time which was fine however the property manager should have conveyed that message to us initially instead of telling us he sent the codes then hanging up on us but then telling us the apartment wasn’t ready on subsequent calls. Honestly and transparency are always best. I’m not sure they provided actual soap or if it was dishwasher detergent. Other than that the apartment was in a very walkable and safe location. It was also an easy walk to the train station. If the check in process wasn’t terrible, I’d have given it a much higher score.

Not noisy but poor communication with property manager, no email received, place was dirty. Plus side was quiet and there was a washer, which was the main reason we picked the place.

Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in.
