"we found ant infestation in the bathroom first night. we were given another room and no one to help move our luggage. this hotel should not be considered a 4 star"

Location, comfortable well thought out room, great parking garage, wonderful smart staff. However is responsible for this hotel is an up and coming STAR in the hotel industry. I would buy stock in this company if it were a public corporation. Thank You Cetina - you guys are great!"

"Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature."
