"Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? "The breakfast was excellent."

"The room was clean, I couldn’t find the laundry at first but the gal at the desk said she was new and we’d find it together. I didn’t make to the breakfast bar, but it smelled good on my way by. Air conditioning worked."

"I asked for water and it never came. The rest was good. Coffee is very good"
