"This was our second stay in a one bedroom in Falrway Forest. It is perfectly situated for quiet in the mountains but also close to restaurants and shopping and many other activities offered through the amenity card. Only downside for older folks is the multiple levels and stairs to access living level, kitchen and bedroom. Will stay here again when we travel to Sapphire"

"The value for your money for this property is absolutely fantastic. We rented a two room suite and it was perfect for our family of four. It is definitely dated and feels like you walked into your grandparents house from the 90s but it was immaculately clean and comfortable. We didn't actually get a a chance to use any of the amenities but they were GREAT. The daily activities were a really nice surprise as well. Like taking the trash out gave special instruction but I checked out on Sunday and it said not to put the trash inside the container until the morning it is picked up which is Monday??? Says to bring it to an offsite place if not on a pick up day but it’s closed on Sunday??? "Beautiful views of the ocean and Carolina Beach. The condo was beautiful and looks recently updated. Bright, spacious, and comfortable. Ample supplies in the kitchen. Bedrooms were roomy. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol.
