"They put us in an ADA compliant room. The bathroom set up was horrible. The shower was for wheel chair access and the shower head was fixed sideways to the wall so you had to pull it off and shower. There also wasn’t any storage at the sink because the shelf was removed. A realize there is need for these things but not for us. Room service comes every other day and we weren’t told. We got back to our room late and realized no trash emptied and we didn’t have any bath towels. The person at the...

"My husband teleworked while we stayed here. He struggled with the internet at first, customer service was able to help add the upgraded internet for our stay. Breakfast was delightful. Coffee and tea were always available in the lobby."
