Cari Kabin di Carmen

"Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved."

"Very friendly and helpful team staff!!! Clean room with daily cleaning! Just need to improve in wifi connection especially in rooms. But in hotel reception and restaurant connections were good. "

"I would really love to give this review five stars.

"Place is old and outdated. Expedia rating is inaccurate. No hot water for showering, tub has black coloring, old carpet, moldy smell."
