"Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. "There was some confusion with my reservations online, and I was unable to contact a human being at the hotel to rectify the situation prior to check-in. Expedia made an attempt but was told they were unwilling to make any changes. The hotel receptionist was helpful in keeping me in the same room both nights, but there was no adjustment for the additional cost, and two rooms for two nights ended up costing me an extra $62. It would have been very helpful if the refrigerator had had a freezer...

"The elevator was out of order. The stairwell did not feel safe - the outside door was constantly propped open by someone although you were supposed to use your room key to enter - every time we closed it someone would have it propped back opens The pool was closed. Our bathroom door would not close. The shower would not drain properly. We tried to address these with the front desk and were told a manager wasn’t there to talk to us. I’m not one to typically complain but this hotel was...

"Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there"

"The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay."
