Cari Apartment di Carluke

"The room was not up to par in regards to cleanliness and broken appliances as appeared in pictures. I have sent two emails and two phone calls to manager as instructed when checking out to discuss reimbursement and continue to not get a reply, been waiting a month, for a reply and nothing. Head of housekeeping said he was going to submit a report when not happy when we showed him thru the suite, have lots of pictures if manager would reply. Disappointed because it is a great place to stay,...

"It is so homely and the starter pack makes it even better. You feel comfort as soon as you enter the studio. The shops are a few minutes walk. The staff were super friendly. I will definately be booking with them again"

"Check In Prozedure unkompliziert und die Wohnung super central. Viele Geschäfte in der Umgebung und auch viele Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor Ort. In der Wohnung war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Check-in door code was not pushed to us or in chat we had to ask and wait so it took almost an hour to find and park, then text to ask and then finally receive code. Other than that it was clean and more space than I thought and a good one night stop. I do agree that there is a smell but it's because the restaurant next door vents near bathroom, so I wouldn't hold that as a detriment."

"Fantastic stay"

"The washer/dryer did not work. I messaged the property twice, but they never responded. I had to find a laundering service, and I spend a lot of time and money to launder my clothes. Also, the property was filthy!! It's been 10 days, and the property still has not responded to my messages."
