Staff and extra touches for our anniversary. Rooms ovee padel courts very noisy as had to leave window open cause room was so warm with radiators off. Also light hanging out of ceiling in gathroom . Room was fantastic and very comfortable. Staff were very efficient throughout the hotel and we found the bar and food reasonably priced. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good. From the loading bay in front of the property, it’s a step over the pavement to the bar, where there was a welcome and an efficient introduction to the building. Access is easy with a key fob.
