The staff were all professional, polite, and friendly... just what one hopes for in the service industry. I cannot give the hotel a 5 star rating purely because it is a middle tier hotel without the level of expensive quality and services provided at higher end hotels. Having said that, it is precisely what I needed (economical, comfortable, and meeting all of the basics) in the middle of a long and exhausting motorcycle trip.

Clean, nice rooms, staff were very helpful. Down side being next to a busy highway - the noise is 24/7. In addition, the room had some strong smell - as if had been smoked in the room.

La propreté de la 1ere chambre était médiocre et la seconde qu’ils nous ont attribuée. Il n’y avait pas de serviette quand mon mari a pris sa douche et dans la nuit il avait froid et bien sûr il n’y avait pas de douillette pour le déjeuner il n’y avait pas de pain, ni d’œuf, brouillés en fait que des bagels et des céréales vraiment très ordinaires

The staff member at check-in was polite and helpful. He assisted when I had issues with the television, offering to change my room, and providing snacks at no cost to cover my inconvenience. The morning staff was not as helpful. When the new tv had similar issues, this staff was rude and stormed out of my room when I attempted to explain I'd just dealt with similar issues the night before. Along with this, the property itself was very dirty, trash covering the grounds outside the hotel. Not the level of customer service one would expect from a Hilton affiliated hotel.

Everything is good but I don't like to the letters put in the door about to the Cook in the room the staff not cleaning the room service I don't liked the staff di only open the room and check if me cooking on the room and go to the complaining to the office I don't liked.
Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Heater unit sounded like a jet engine when it was running. TV wouldn’t turn on, didn’t bother to call the front desk about that. Room was on side of I81 and could hear traffic all night long.

The unit had been updated, and the bathroom was very nice. The electric outlets didn't work (glad I brought an extension cord!). New paint on the bathroom door was chipping. The room was clean and the bed was nice. Staff were pleasant. My departure was delayed because the PA state room tax had to be paid separately.

The first night we stayed there firearms are going off and we were told to evacuate the building packed all of our stuff up went into the hall and then we’re told never mind. Go back to bed at 1 AM second night. We returned to the hotel it was pouring down rain outside, and our cars would not let us in the door that they told us to use. We knocked on the door and the night shift host walk to the door and pointed to walk around front. We walked around front to find out why our keys weren’t working. He was nowhere to be found so we went to our room and found our door unsecured. We were gone for almost 16 hours. We had computers, phones all of our belongings unsecured in our room. So I went downstairs to confront the host and he was arrogant. Rude told me that the reason he made me come in the front door was due to. He had to verify our identities before he would let us go to our hotel room I simply told him you didn’t identify anything other than point that I needed to come in the front door. I waited for him to find out why my cards weren’t working, and he never came out to the front desk. He demanded that I gave him my card. He scanned it and turned my card back on for my room still without identifying who I was so if you have a Hilton key card and need a place to stay, all you have to do is tell him what room you’re in and he’ll scan it without even checking Customer service for the spark is less than desired.
