"Room wasn’t very clean. There were dead bugs along the wall and floor. The parking wasn’t accommodating as it’s under construction. I saw a couple elderly people having to bring the cart all the way across the street to get their luggage. "
"The staff was very helpful. The sauna took 30-45 min to heat up every time I wanted to use it so I had to go down and turn it on in advance. The health club was under construction while we were there due to a water leak but the staff did a good job of keeping the space clear."

There was a long line of customers waiting to get checked in-- so that was a bit disappointing. My friend wasn't even able to get into her room until later that night.
The pool area was great.
An elevator was broken during our stay, and since the hotel was completely full of guests that was a challenge."
