The host did not answer their phone, we had informed them what time we were arriving and they asked did we want self check in to which we had said yes at 8am before our check in at 3:30. We had to go and do an activity before our host finally sent us the details closer to 5pm after we had called, messaged and emailed- not good enough. "

"The owner was wonderful. She met us when we checked in with a welcome drink and a great appetizer that we had for dinner. She had tons of maps and information on surrounding things to see. The room was great and very clean and warm. They even had a washer and dryer for us to use for free. This was one of the friendliest hotels I have ever been to and can not wait to come back."
