"Wonderful hosts and the accommodation was just what we were looking for with lovely extra touches.
Very quiet, rural location with plenty of places for kids to explore.
Facilities as expected for glamping and private toilet/wash room a bonus.
Highly recommend and already planning a return trip for longer."

"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

"Staff friendly and helpful however the rooms and overall feel of the hotel were a little dated. No amenity kit in the bathroom which was definitely in need of a refresh, although the "it works" products were lovely.
The wifi was also very flaky. Could be because I was at the far end of the corridor but it should have been consistent everywhere.
I didn't eat there so can't comment."
"Wow - what an amazing hotel! It is very striking as you approach and doesn’t let you down as you enter. The hotel is well maintained and has very striking interiors however there are some signs of aging, but don’t get me wrong - still an amazing hotel and I will be returning!
The room I stayed in was a standard double which was very clean, spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was enormous and had both a bath and shower.
The facilities are very good, I took advantage of the spa - highly recommended! And pool facilities. I particularly liked the single sex sauna, steam room and hot tub area within the changing room.
I visited SONA, the Indian restaurant while at the hotel and it was excellent. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive and the food was delicious, I’m already planning my next visit.
I spent some time in the bar and enjoyed the live music. The breakfast was buffet style and there was a dedicated gluten free station and full allergy signage on the cooked breakfast buffet. There were however lots of opportunities for cross contamination, though I suspect they would have supplied it straight from the kitchen if I had asked.
I very much enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning for a longer stay so I can explore more of the activities on offer."
"We had a wonderful stay at Future Inn Cardiff Bay, especially considering we booked very last minute after having a really difficult experience with an Airbnb. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and made what had been a stressful situation so much easier for us.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Every member of staff we interacted with was lovely, welcoming and helpful, which really made a difference.
A special thank you to Nolito (I believe he was the bar manager) who was absolutely wonderful. He was so friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. After the experience we had just come from, the kindness of the staff was genuinely appreciated.
We were so grateful that Future Inn was able to accommodate us at such short notice, and the team made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Thank you to everyone for helping turn around what could have been a very stressful part of our trip. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!"
"Absolutely amazing hotel! Modern, spotlessly clean and such a lovely place to stay. The staff at reception are fantastic, and the manager in particular is so friendly, welcoming and always goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable.
We now regularly stay at this hotel because of the excellent service and the way we’re always made to feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend this hotel — you definitely won’t be disappointed with your stay! ❤️"
