"Excellent stay for a few days combining business with pleasure. The room was spotless & comfortable with the bonus of a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of locally sourced/ homemade goods. A couple of things to be aware of: There is no lift, and the stairs are pretty steep. We were on the 4th floor so got plenty of steps in each day!! Check in is at 3pm, but you can drop your bags or pay a fee for early access. Late checkout is also available for a fee."

"The staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, we could not share in the breakfast that was made as we had to get up and get out early. However, they provided us with a tremendous breakfast to go. They were extremely helpful in regards to information about the area. Loved their terrace area. Overall, very happy with the experience. Only issue is there seems to be a bit of street noise during the night."

"We had room 302 which was larger than we expected. The separate living room/kitchenette provided space and privacy. The team, from reception to cleaning services, and the emails exchanged before arrival made everything smooth and easy. My only small quibble is that the towels were changed daily (hence the 4 stars on eco-friendly) even though we left them hanging. The location is perfect and we highly recommend Chiado Suites."

"Enjoyed our 3 day stay at this elegant hotel. We had a junior suite which I felt was on the small side. Even the bathroom had only a single sink and no tub (which my wife would have liked). Cupboard and drawers were somewhat limited. The bed was comfortable and bed linens were very nice. Breakfast buffet was nice and pretty much typical of hotel fare. All in all we were very pleased with our choice of hotel. Location was very convenient for shopping and walk about touring. Would definitely...

"The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!"
