Breve soggiorno estivo in coppia

Struttura molto particolare, la hall e risrorante molto scenografici.le camre grandi ,ma andrebbero rinnovate. Le piscine già viste anni fa, tradiscono l'età. Pulizia generale buona;motivo di disappunto la non riportata sul sito indisponibilità totale della palestra, a differenza di altri Htl dove siamo stati recentemente. colazione adeguata al livello della struttura (4 stelle e non 5).

La struttura è molto bella ma la manutenzione scarsa. Personale abbastanza disponibile ma non molto gentile nè educato. Al contrario degli anni passati, i giardini e le aree verdi non sono curate. Vespe, formiche e tafani abbondano, anche su terrazze e piscina. Nota positiva l'area SPA. Consiglio il signor Raidas per i massaggi.

Esperienza poco piacevole

Struttura non curata e non pronta per la riapertura. Delusissima dall'assenza di gran parte dei servizi, esterno trascurato e non sfruttato minimamente per la gestione di qualsiasi attivitá fitness o serale. Personale inesatto, lento e poco garbato. Assenza di materiale base per un 5 stelle o 4 che mi sembra sia diventato. Dovrebbero considerare di ridurre i prezzi della metá o di posticipare l'apertura quando potranno e sapranno gestirla.

I had a very nice stay. I speak English and the staff tried their hardest to understand me and help with all my needs. The day spa was very nice, but for 1 night stays, and check in at 3, and check out at 11 you can’t possibly get your moneys worth. Next time I will need to stay at least 2 nights. My room was spotless, very clean and comfortable. Housecleaning did a wonerdul job. Breakfast was beautiful on the terrace and delish!

Our stay was great. The staff is amazing-very friendly and accommodating to every need. Rooms are clean, breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was great. Second time here and would return again!

Non mi sono mai sentita cosi coccolata in un hotel nel quale non ero conosciuta. Personale e servizio impeccabili, atmosfera calda ed accogliente sia pure con la dovuta discrezione. Eccezionale il pasticciere per qualita' e varieta' delle offerte a colazione . Di buon livello anche la cucina. La spa comoda e curata nei servizi, msi troppo affollata.Interessante e ricca l'offerta di iniziative ( tutto compreso nel prezzo) esterne: passeggiate , visite a monumenti, musica e sport. Una menzione speciale per cristina che con la sua passione ha trasformato una passeggiata nella valle dellorfento in una esperienza culturale indimenticabile. Ultimo ma non ultimo in tre giorni non si e' sentito squillare un cellulare : clientela discreta e ben educata. L'hotel e' incastonato in un angolo di natura magnifica ed ancora intatta .posto ideale per un vero relax e per chi ama la natura e rifugge dalla mondanita'. Un posto per riprendere contatto con il proprio corpo e con la natura
