"The deluxe room is possibly the most spectacular room we have ever stayed in. The staff including Ayse are very welcoming. The ladies that cook up breakfast on the rooftop terrace are wonderful. We met some very nice people staying there. Thank staff "

"The whole concept is so uniquely beautiful. While there are many other cave hotels, this one was a little more remote, it was quiet and peaceful. A place where you can feel the beauty surrounding you. One downfall was there were cats in the dining areas, however this might be the norm for all open air restaurants, however if you are allergic to them or do not like them it may be a little off-putting."

"The property was breathtaking, just so surreal. The staff were exceptional; they were so kind and helpful. We got there really early and so they took us to the breakfast room to have breakfast while we wait for our room then checked us in early. They helped us arrange our airport transport and send reminders for everything through WhatsApp. They even lit the fireplace for us and gave us a portable heater as it was still cold when we went."

"Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. "Great, spacious room. Within walking distance from the heart of the town, and even to the Göreme Open Air Museum. The hotel has one of the highest terraces in the city, where we watch beautiful sunrises, while enjoying some food and cocktails. The personnel were very cordial and helpful. Ask them for anything and they’ll solve it for you."
