"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

It’s a historic property run by a lovely duo of the mother and daughter, eager to share their suggestions on local restaurants and places to see. If you want to stay closer to Etna and avoid the traffic and parking hassle in Catania, this is a place to stay. "
