"Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. "

"Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!"

"I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! "

"Property was amazing as always, the parking was not. There is a parking garage thats attached to hotel but is not part of the hotel. Its very expensive, it is downtown Nashville so its to be expected. I Think the property should offer a discount. Parking is $54 for each night. No in and out. Each time you enter you must pay to exit. Other than that, everything was amazing! "

"We had a great stay. The building is a bit older so there were some minor dings, but everything was very clean. The staff were amazing - going above and beyond to make it a positive experience. That started from the moment Kiemion met us at the front desk with a big 'hello'. There was a great vibe with families, kids and teens hanging out at the pool and basketball court. The location was perfect for visiting family im Franklin and driving back and forth to Nashville. We will stay here...
