Beautiful room with ocean view! You can see waves smashing the rocks. Perfect location: 5 min from gorgeous waterfront where you can walk along the ocean for a long time and also 20 min to the trail to the top of Lion Head where you can climb and see incredible views of the ocean and Table Mountain. In addition, the hotel staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

The staff is amazing and lovely, which makes everything else worth it. The room was a bit worn and rundown, but clean. The AC was broken and the toilet seat wasn’t properly attached, but the location is great and its fine for a night. Not wheel chair accessible at all and breakfast is quite pricey.

The birds at the abandoned Radisson have taken over the property, the pool wasn’t clean and pool area had bird droppings everywhere Otherwise, good rooms, friendly staff, great location

Rooms facing the ocean have a beautiful view. Other rooms are dark during the day. Shower in my room was excellent with a strong water pressure. Overall, it is a bit worn out. Cleanliness was not excellent, but the location is great and the ocean view is beautiful. Upgrade to ocean view room was reasonably priced.

A very good and pleasant experience

The welcome and service at reception / check-in was exceptional. Every person we encountered at reception was very efficient, very helpful, and really friendly. The room was very comfortable, however the bath never had a plug and the housekeeping was not as good as I would have liked. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a hotel that is very well situated. I will use this hotel again.

Cute hotel right by the sea. Walkable to V and A Waterfront (3km). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is a little dated but we were fine with that. There is AC in hotel but not in rooms (at least not in ours). You can open the window but it is very noisy from the birds. Otherwise it was cozy and such a beautiful location

Mostly, I liked all the staff, they were very helpful and courteous. What I did not like was the limited TV viewing options. Example, SkyNews was the only international news. Please consider adding CNN and BBC as well as CNBC for business news.
