Average rooms. Not good value for the money for sure. At this price and amenities, breaksfast shoul've been includid in the room rate Close to V&A waterfront but not really inside as the name suggests. 15min walking which was fine as to execice a bit in the Mornings No refill of the shower soap. Poor. Nice cafe accross the canal and infront of the hotel Very well located

While I often think experiences are very personal and everyone looks for something different - based on the reviews and price paid I did not expect a room to not be available, I arrived after the check in time had started, the room was not clean, surfaces were "sticky", nothing felt clean and the dead cockroach by the fridge had been there for a while. The TV was not working and the shower did not drain - these final items I notified maintenance through the notification system. The people were great and I have no complaints about my interaction with the staff, I just think based on prime location and cost there are items that do not meet the expected standard - again, just my personal opinion as someone privileged to travel alot.

Friendly reception staff, although they did not carry out a simple request re four other rooms I booked (no proper handover to next shift). Great breakfast and very relieved to find a new and more extensive menu. No second bin in rooms for recyclables. Great shower. Lovely pillows but matrass very hard. VERY expensive compared to previous visits - so bad that I moved to another hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location

Very comfortable room and I think good value. Great location for walking, bus, Uber. Good food and drink at the bar/resto. I’d stay there again.
