Best hotel ever

This was a best hotel I ever had, the room is very spacious, and the food wow, every meal is made on request and wait is worth it. Big ups to the chef. I will definitely come back here

City Lodge is great with the most hospitable staff. Everyone is very friendly and willing to assist. The following of is excellent and the kitchen staff are the best. The room is very clean and the staff comes daily to clean and change sheets. I will come again!

Close to Airport!!

We only stayed 1 night. Room was ok but a bit outdated. The bathroom was weird as it had a roller shutter and couldn't close properly, so you had a view of it from the bed. The Casino was a 5 minute walk and there was plenty of restaurants to choose from. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Very nice hotel - looks like it might be more set up for business conferences - but was extremely clean an comfortable only drawback was no lift so if your on the upper level it’s a bit of a drag getting the luggage up and down the stairs.

We booked the hotel thinking it is near to both the airport and city. Indeed it is near to the airport but apparently, it is not within the area whereby tour operators will pick you up from. We booked two day tours and found out later they do not pick up from Grandwest. Making our own way to the meeting points is not cheap nor safe either. There is zero shopping in the vicinity. If having a good meal (they do have lovely restaurants and eating outlets) and visiting the casino after a long day tour is your thing, then the hotel is fine. It is a beautiful and clean hotel, staffed by friendly and helpful staff. But it is not near the city or the waterfront at all. I actually enjoyed the stay, except for having spent extra getting transport to tour meeting areas and not feeling safe in the process.
