I was in CPT for three days on business. The room was in the perfect position to walk to restaurants for dinner. Close to mountain and sea for evening visits too. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were outstanding!

From the warmest welcome to the gorgeous room with so much character to the beautiful building we loved every minute. Safe area, very pretty and within easy walking distance to the waterfront. I would definitely stay at this gorgeous boutique guest house again. Oh and fab bathroom and shower!

Nice stay in great location

Our stay was nice - the facilities were updated and clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great and walking distance to a lot of things and felt fairly safe. The roof deck was nice and had a great view. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend.

Das Guesthouse hat eine sehr zentrale Lage im Bo Kaap-Viertel, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön mit einem grandiosen Blick auf den Tafelberg. Die beiden Manager Willi und Janga sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es waren für mich ein paar besondere Tage, weil ich mich eher zu Hause statt in einem Guesthouse fühlte.

The Cape finest guesthouse is perfectly situated in a quite area near the city center. The house and rooms are well and nicely furnished with many lovely details. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and do a great job! We stayed for 4 nigths and would recommend it to everyone!

A Waterkant Welcome

This guest house was first class, exceptionally clean and so much better than a large and impersonal hotel. It was in an ideal location within Cape Town (de Waterkant area) which is regularly patrolled by security guards. The room was accessed off the street but security to it was excellent. The staff very competent, friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Their service could not have been bettered: breakfasts superbly hand crafted and the extras (availability of drinks etc) very welcomed. The guest house has a roof area (partly shaded) with a small pool and plenty of comfortable seating. The views were extensive over the city, False Bay and Table Mountain. One criticism of our room (Jules Verne Room) was the lack of clothes wall hanging/storage space and suitcase stands. We had hoped to fully unpack the cases during our five day stay but couldn't ever really achieve that.

Alojamiento correcto en un barrio agradable. Nuestra habitación, la Jules Verne era un tanto extraña ya que se accedía directamente desde la calle. En la web especifica que es un ground floor pero pensaba que sería en un jardín o patio interior y no a pie de calle. El servicio correcto aunque un tanto disperso según el encargado que haya ese día. El desayuno de buena calidad aunque tras 4 días días resulta un poco repetitivo.

Wonderful stay in Cape Town

Really excellent staff that were friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything. We got one of the flats 2 block from main Guesthouse. Excellent condition, comfortable and fully equipped. Location was great for restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery.

Charmantes Hotel mit herzlichem Personal

Schön eingerichtet Unterkunft, in der wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Das Personal super nett und aufmerksam, insbesondere Willy hat uns sehr viele Tipps bzgl. Restaurants, worauf etwas achten und was in Kapstadt zu unternehmen usw. gegeben. Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet und groß genug. Besonders erwähnenswert auch die kleine Dachterrasse mit Pool sowie das gute Frühstück. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen, denn von dort sind viele Ausflugsziele in Kapstadt zu Fuß in 15-20 min erreichbar, und das Auto kann in einem abgesperrten Innenhof geparkt werden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Rundumservice in familiärer Atmosphäre

Nach 19h Anreise einfach ein Traum in dieser ruhigen Oase anzukommen, wo schon kostenlose Getränke (Wasser und täglich Longdrinks zum selbst mixen sind inkl) und eine Dachterasse mit Traumblick warten. Persönliche Begrüßungstafeln an den Zimmertüren und jeden Abend ein Schokoriegel am Bett. Das Personal gibt ausführlichst Infos zu allem und organisiert einem den perfekten Aufenthalt. Auch gute Kontakte zu Top-Restaurants sind vorhanden und man bekommt leichter Zugang zu einem Tisch als auf eigene Faust. Tolles Frühstück und Kaffee den ganzen Tag. Parkplätze sind durch ein Tor gesichert. Wir wollten kaum wieder weg und falls wir wieder in Kapstadt sind, definitiv wieder hierher!
