Will definitely stay somewhere else next time. “Free” breakfast and shuttle service is falsely advertised. Staff were less than helpful. Don’t waste your money or time.

First let me say, the staff here are lovely and very professional, however this hotel is far from a 4 star. I checked in and found ROACHES (several) in by bathroom, and the AC was not working in several of the rooms I was moved to. I had to change rooms 3x before finding one acceptable. Room service ...
