"There was a mix up and some confusion with the booking date. Louise at reception was exceptionally friendly and resolved the issue by upgrading us to another available room on short notice. I received a call from a person from the hotel after checkout — not particularly phone friendly — demanding my credit card to make another payment. I would recommend this person is trained in being more approachable and clearer on the phone. The booking date was amended with the booking agency and the problem...

"Portsea - Mecure was excellent for that weekend away. We went during the week and it was quiet, the views were stunning the local townships were full of opportunities and the local wildlife sanctuaries were well worth visiting. We loved the beaches. We did think the Mecure restaurant would be open for tea but it wasn't . Local amenities were close and convenient. "
