"Biggest problem was that I never got the email with the access codes after checking in online. The place has no personnel on site, so I couldn't get in when it was really cold outside. Had to call customer service, where it was resolved. Within a few minutes.
I could hear pretty much everything that went on in the room next door, and even when people just went up and down the stairs in front of my room, I could hear everything.

"Booked it for just 1 night. Attended a concert at the MGM 2 miles away. No street parking, its downtown Boston. We paid 38 bucks for overnight parking around the corner. Property was clean, but no heat, no hot water. March in Boston is freezing. The host answered fast w generic answers about heat n hot water."

"Paid for the full price of the stay AND jumped through the ridiculous hoops they imposed on alternative websites (including sending photos of me and my ID + paying an additional security deposit) to be told I would receive "further instructions" on how to check in shortly (time: about 3 PM, check in time: 5 PM).
