"Staff went out of their way to find us some taxis and provide a late checkout after a local race. We were in Italy for the first time and as Americans, we felt very welcome in the hotel."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and beyond helpful. My Italian language skills are terrible and the staff spoke perfect English and answered all of my questions about the pool, beach and transportation needs. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend adding that as a feature when booking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and the nicest beach. You cannot go wrong by booking here. "Unfortunately our stay was less than satisfactory. The hotel didn’t have air conditioning, pool was drained, internet was down, and the weather was hot. The hotel is surrounded by a very, very busy and noisy road; we had to keep the windows open to cool the room and the road noise was awful and bugs came into our room. The hotel was sparsely staffed and breakfast was not good (this was the 6th hotel we’ve stayed at on our road trip). The rooms were clean and the limited staff members were all nice and apologetic for the problems."
