"Nice"

"We stayed 1 night, we were passing through (off season). Few guests, all quiet, morning breakfast alright, price was fair. Shower and restrooms adequate with soap and plenty of hot water, towels provided in good condition. The only issue i had was that this lodge was very far from the road, up a gravel road with no guard rails at all. Either it was not disclosed or i didnt find it on the website. Very scary getting up to the lodge after sunset, in the dark, dodging rabbits left and right."

"Perfect for what we needed -- which was a place to rest in between hikes. The shared bathrooms could have been a little cleaner -- but overall no complaints. In line with what we expected."

"We spent 2 nights at Grasmere and loved every minute. The views were stunning, the property was very well kept, excellent service, the room was clean, a good size, and the bed was comfortable. A great place for peaceful, relaxing holiday. "
