"My wife and I stayed at Dreams Madeira for 5 nights and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, modern and very comfortable. The room had plenty of space to relax and unwind, and it really made our stay feel even more luxurious and enjoyable. "Das ganze Hotel war sauber, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, wenn doch mal was daneben ging. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Das wars aber auch schon mit positiven Erfahrungen. Essen könnte besser sein, da ist man von RIU anderes gewöhnt. Der Innenpool ist Miniklein und schließt zudem 18:00 Uhr...was soll denn der Quatsch??? Auch der Außenpool konnte nach 18:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden. Heizung stand auf Winterbetrieb, keine klimaanlage möglich. Nachts...

"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...
