Nossa estadia na estalagem Vila Suzana foi simplesmente encantadora! Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia e acolhimento desde o primeiro momento. A Rosa, responsável pelo café da manhã, é um verdadeiro destaque: além de ser uma pessoa extremamente gentil e atenciosa, prepara tudo com um carinho que se sente no sabor. O café da manhã é delicioso, com toques especiais da culinária alemã — uma experiência à parte! O quarto em que ficamos era extremamente confortável. Mesmo enfrentando temperaturas de 4°C, não sentimos frio em nenhum momento, graças à excelente estrutura do ambiente e à vedação das janelas. O chuveiro e as torneiras oferecem água bem quente, o que foi essencial para o conforto nos dias mais frios. Gostaria também de destacar o proprietário da pousada (infelizmente não lembro o nome), que foi super presente, educado e gentil com todos, especialmente com a equipe. Ele nos deu ótimas sugestões de passeios — a mais marcante foi a visita a uma charmosa cafeteria de estilo europeu em Nova Petrópolis. Foi um toque especial que tornou a experiência ainda mais memorável. Me senti verdadeiramente feliz durante minha estadia na Vila Suzana. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei!

Não recomendo, paguei no check in , fomos até o quarto, surpresa: a cama adicional estava desarrumada ( tinha sinais de uso), no banheiro a toalha suja ainda pendurada no box, no quarto cheiro de estalagem mesmo, pra quem quer uma experiência esse é o lugar. - resumindo , saímos do lugar e fomos para outro hotel.

O bairro da estalagem é muito bonito. Me surpreendi com a estrutura da pousada que é muito agradavel, tem uma piscina que pode ser usada no verão e o café da manha e bem completinho tem tudo fresco. Além disso, muito importante dizer que eu esqueci o carregador do celular e ao ligar no dia seguinte a Mara me atendeu e disse que tinha localizado e estava guardado. Era novo meu carregador então fiquei bem agradecida.

Local muito bonito e aconchegante, super confortável com o sistema de calefação climatizando todo o ambiente no frio do inverno da serra, além da lareira na área comum, café da manhã excelente com bastante variedade e tudo fresquinho, apenas o colchão da cama em que dormimos que não estava muito confortável, mas no geral a hospedagem é ótima e recomendamos para quem está procurando.
