I enjoyed the service, my room was cleaned daily. The staff was great. It was my first trip to Mexico, I definitely will be going back. The hotel really needs renovations after observing the hotels in the area. For the price per night, it was great.

The place was a bit outdated, and the rooms could use an upgrade. However we did have a pleasant stay and the staff was amazing. Not a lot of heavy foot traffic and that was something we enjoyed. A wonderful assortment of choices for breakfast each day. It was a satisfying stay at the resort.

I would 100% recommend this hotel because the staff are absolutely incredible. They made our experience. I can’t say enough about the staff (and especially the bartenders). Our favorite restaurant was pier 12 we loved the shrimp tacos. The receptionist was extremely helpful and assisted us whenever we needed anything. Overall an amazing experience that created incredible memories.
